Bulgaria\’s Madara Horseman monument, the Assenova Fortress, the Thracian Tomb near Kazanlak, the Rila Monastery and other historical sites were brought to capital Sofia on Tuesday.
The shifting was not done by miracle, but by the Bulgaria at Hand Project. It features miniatures of fourteen key sites and buildings that have influenced Bulgaria\’s historical development.
President Georgi Parvanov opened the exhibition, which visits the capital city for the first time.
Among the other represented edifices are the St Alexander Nevsky Cathedal, the National Theatre "Ivan Vazov," the Antique Theater in Plovdiv and the National Arts Gallery.
